What is Newton Star Reward?
The Star Rewards System is designed to foster a positive learning environment by recognizing and rewarding student efforts and achievements. For students, it’s a journey of growth and accomplishment. For supervisors, it’s an opportunity to motivate and acknowledge the hard work of students.
As a student, you earn stars from your supervisors for various accomplishments or positive actions. This could be for academic achievements, helping others, showing leadership qualities, or any other positive behavior. Participate actively and contribute to a culture of encouragement and excellence!
Why have we separated star rewards into each level?
In the Star Reward System, your progress and achievements are recognized through various status levels. As you accumulate more stars, you advance through different statuses, each representing your dedication and accomplishments. Below are the status levels and the number of stars required to achieve each:
- Bronze Status (0-25 Stars): The first milestone in your journey. Achieving Bronze status shows your initial engagement and effort.
- Silver Status (26-50 Stars): A step up in your journey, indicating continued effort and participation.
- Gold Status (51-100 Stars): Gold status reflects a significant commitment to your goals and consistent performance.
- Platinum Status (101-150 Stars): Achieving Platinum status signifies an outstanding level of dedication and achievement.
- Diamond Status (More than 150 Stars): The pinnacle of achievement, Diamond status is a testament to exceptional dedication and outstanding accomplishments.
In addition, upon reaching 150 stars, you’ll receive a “Certification of Achievement.”
Why are Star Rewards certifications important?
Recognition of Achievement is a Certification serve as formal recognition of a student’s efforts, skills, and accomplishments. It’s a tangible way to acknowledge the hard work and dedication a student has put into their studies or activities.
